This giveaway is for SIX fat quarters of  Heather Ross Lightening Bugs and Other Mysteries!



This giveaway will be open through December 16th at 5pm PST. The prize is the the six fat quarters show above . You may have up to TWO entries! This giveaway is open internationally :o)

  10. We don't really have holiday traditions to be honest but as my Mum and Dad still work at the grand old age of 70 in their old bakery we usually and traditionally love a very quiet Christmas time.

  15. My favourite tradition has kicked in now that my siblings & I all have our own houses. We open gifts at home & then we all go to my parents house to open gifts & hang out with the whole family. It's nice to still be with my brothers & sister on Christmas morning. :)

  22. My favorite holiday tradition is making my grandma's recipe for peanut butter fudge. It's the best and it instantly reminds me of Christmas when I was a kid.

  23. My favorite holiday tradition is really simple, but special. After I've spent hours wrapping all of the gifts for my children, I turn off all the lights and sit near the tree so that I can watch its tiny lights twinkle as a wind down with a cup of hot cocoa. It is such a nice, peaceful time and I spend it imagining the looks the faces of my four children when they come bounding out first thing in the morning.

  41. oh, my all-time favorite fabric collection! I think my favorite holiday tradition is our school's Christmas pageant. I love watching my kids sing the Christmas carols in the little gymnasium at our little country school!

  43. I get together with three girl friends to exchange cookies and to decorate sugar and gingerbread cookies. We don't see each other often enough, so it is nice to spend time together.

I do an "activity" Advent Calendar with my daughters—each day we do a new Christmas or winter-themed activity, like making Christmas cookies, doing a Christmas craft, making a snowman or touring Christmas light displays. They are always so excited when I get out the Advent Calendar at the end of November! Thanks for the AMAZING giveaway! : )

    I have been trying to begin a holiday tradition with my daughter and daughter in law, but with one of them living two hours away, it's hard. I'd like to start a girl's crafting day to create Christmas ornaments and decorations.

  73. Wow, what a great giveaway! I think my favorite tradition is our advent calendar. It's a felt one (that I made) with ornaments in pockets that you put on a tree. I love that my 23-14 year old children still want to put up the ornaments and eat the candy from the pocket.

  93. when we lived in GA, we loved to go see the lights at Callaway Gardens (which I just found out is in the top 10 light displays, as ranked by National Geographic). We moved to SC a few months ago and I am really missing this tradition!

  122. My favorite holiday tradition is my Mom's annual eve of Christmas eve dinner. We have tamales and other yummy mexican food and all sit around after drinking eggnog and visiting and just relaxing before the rush of friends and family that Christmas Eve and Christmas Day hold. :)

We started it when my youngest sister (who is now 26) was little, and kept it up even in the years when there were no little ones in the house. Now I've got two adorable nieces who are being introduced to the tradition :-)
